Furniture Liquidators – Pricing Policy

At Furniture Liquidators, our mission is simple — to give South Australians access to quality furniture at genuine clearance pricing, direct to the public. We source furniture differently, operate efficiently, and pass all possible savings directly onto our customers.

How We Buy

We purchase stock through non-traditional retail channels, including:

  • Cancelled container orders

  • Factory surplus stock

  • End-of-line collections

  • Liquidation and overstock deals

  • Direct-from-manufacturer purchases

Because we avoid expensive wholesalers, importers, and conventional retail markups, we can offer significant savings every day.

How Our Pricing Works

All savings advertised by Furniture Liquidators are based on:

  • RRP (Recommended Retail Price) provided by the importer or manufacturer, or

  • Marked floor price when items are sold individually or as part of a set.

RRP is the manufacturer’s suggested price for general retail.
RRP may not always be the price offered by other stores, as different retailers may set their own pricing structures based on their business models, overheads, and margin expectations.

Why Our Prices Are Lower

Furniture Liquidators operates under a low-margin, high-turnover business model, allowing us to move stock quickly and keep prices as sharp as possible.
Our streamlined processes mean:

  • No traditional showroom mark-ups

  • Lower operating costs

  • Direct manufacturer relationships

  • High-volume purchasing benefits

These efficiencies enable us to offer genuine savings on quality furniture every day, clearly represented in the difference between our price and the RRP*.

Our Commitment

We are a proudly South Australian, family-owned company committed to transparency, value, and fairness. We always strive to ensure our pricing reflects honest savings and exceptional value for our customers — without inflated retail comparisons or misleading discounts.
