Warranty + Terms & Conditions

Thank you for shopping with Furniture Liquidators. Please read the terms below as they apply to all purchases made in-store and online.


1. Change of Mind / Returns Policy

  • All purchases are final. We do not offer returns, exchanges or change-of-mind refunds once goods have been delivered.

  • Customers are entitled to a full refund within 30 days of purchase only if the goods have not been delivered.

  • If goods are held in our warehouse longer than 30 days, a 20% cancellation fee applies to the total purchase value.


2. Exceptions — One-off, As-Is & Ex-Display Items

The following items are strictly non-refundable and non-cancellable under all circumstances:

  • One-off items

  • As-Is products

  • Ex-display or floor stock models

These items carry no warranty and no change-of-mind, refund or cancellation rights. This will be clearly stated on your invoice.


3. Warranty Information

Standard Furniture Warranty (12 Months)

All standard furniture products include an express 12-month warranty covering:

  • Upholstery

  • Structural components

Mattress Warranty (5 Years)

All mattresses sold by Furniture Liquidators include a 5-year warranty. Warranty assessment follows industry standards relating to manufacturing faults.

Not Covered Under Any Warranty

  • General wear and tear

  • Damage caused by misuse, improper assembly or handling

  • As-Is or Ex-display items (carry no warranty)

How to Make a Warranty Claim

Include:

  • Photos of the issue

  • Your tax invoice or proof of purchase


4. Delivery Terms

  • We use an independent third-party delivery company.

  • A delivery day will be booked at the time of purchase; however, exact time frames cannot be guaranteed.

  • The delivery company will contact you on the morning of delivery with a 2-hour time window.

  • Delivery is drop-off only — no assembly or rubbish removal is included.

  • All deliveries must be paid in full prior to dispatch (no COD options).


5. Pick-Up Terms

Pick-ups are available from our warehouse at:

Pickup Hours

  • Monday – Friday: 9:00am to 3:00pm

  • Saturday: 8:00am to 12:00 noon

  • Closed Sundays & public holidays

Additional pickup rules:

  • Goods must be collected within 7 days of purchase unless otherwise arranged.

  • All orders must be paid in full prior to collection.

  • Customers are responsible for securing goods safely for transport.
